Data collected by AIS Time Web Global application are processed for making reports which follow a series of events relating to the behavior of employees and provides opportunities for analysis of data collected for individual employees, organizational unit or the entire company. Application can be accessed from any computer on Web by entering a defined user name and password. The high level of data protection and the ability to define different levels of authority's Web application users has its purpose in complex organized entities as well.

Autodetect shift is an innovative feature that allows the user to define the possible periods of work for each employee, that is to define the shift in which a worker has the obligation and right to work. In this way, reading the cards of workers at some point, the system reveals a shift in which work begins and the interval which is considered as regular work.

Reports contain tabular and graphically display of the working time. Supervision of employees, in addition to access to the reports, is also achieved with real-time monitoring presence. In this way, the web application user at any time may have information about the employees who are present. This fact may have great significance not only in control but also in optimizing the work in a team.

Considering that AIS Time Global Web application itself allows to define user accounts with different levels of data access, every company can assign the application access to groups of employees according to their needs. Users update

The option allows the user to enter data about workers, system card users. Here, in addition to personal information about a worker's and photographs, data on working days, worker shift or other specific data can be defined.

Review and update of all employees that have identification cards and the option of defining the maximum hours of work.

New shift

Able to enter and define the possible shift duration, sliding shifts, the approved length of the pause, the interval aloved to use of the pause and so on.

Reader setup

Defining the purpose and the readers type (entrance, exit, main entrance or exit, the machine work check in and check out, etc.). Reader gets the name and ID number used to identify the reader and its check to cards access rights.

In addition to generaly defined holidays in the company unit, this option allows you to enter a new specific non-working days for individual employees (eg family glory, days off during the week, etc.).
